Job Description:
· Assist in the execution of projects assigned.
· Proficient in the understanding of MEP/ construction drawings.
· Supervising/ monitoring of sub-contractors work and ensuring safety practices are followed.
· Discuss with PM/HOD for site problems and technical difficulties.
· Liaise with affiliated parties for smooth execution of work on site.
· Material tracking to ensure sufficient materials are readily available for installation.
· To carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment deployed to work site.
· Conduct quality checks of sub-contractor/ vendor works daily.
· Handle site inspection with client/main contractors representatives and updates site installation progress.
· To update drafter on site changes and as-built drawings.
· Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site.
· To ensure all project documentation are properly kept and filed.
· Attend daily toolbox and WSH meeting.
· Carried out assignments as detailed by PM/ HOD.
Job Requirements:
· Preferably NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar capacity under building/ construction/ engineering industry.
· Electrical background preferred.
· Candidate with BCSS is a plus.
