We are now looking for an Operations Executive to support our on-site health screening projects. He/She will perform the following (but not limited to) duties;
- Working together with the overall-in-charge, and the onsite team to ensure a smooth operation of our on-site projects.
- Support all duties pertaining to the onsite projects, from pre-event such as communication with corporate clients to finding resources, to post-event such as feedback, follow-ups, etc.
- Enhance quality control and ensure processes and workflow are constantly improved to ensure work efficiency.
- Manpower planning and rostering.
- Ensure sufficient inventories.
- Ensure compliance with all the relevant regulations.
- Preparation of reports and other administrative duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma in Business Management or related fields.
- Minimally 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in running on-site health screening projects.
- Good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
- Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Tech-savvy
