Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in developing effective brand Relations strategies as well as execute influencer marcomms
- Assist with the creation and curation of content for Intranet or requested material.
- Assist to work closely with internal stakeholders on customer comms materials.
- Compile materials for Public Relations / Comms awards submissions and identify occasions and opportunities to amplify key messages.
- Track announcements and developments by local and international regulators.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Advertising, Digital Marketing or other related disciplines.
- 3-4 years of Marketing and/or Communications experience, specifically working with influencers on influencer marketing campaigns in Southeast Asian markets.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to handle work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial thinker who is creative and takes initiative.
