Our client is a leading corporate and investment banking institution with a strong presence in Asia-Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Manage security door access and access card profiles
- Handle mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry provisions.
- Supervise facilities services and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for smooth operations.
- Manage business trips, hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/ work permits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflows.
- Organize office activities, including meetings and event planning.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with at least 4 years of office administration experience in an MNC (500+ headcount) or handled 100+ HCs
- Strong background in office facilities management and understanding of procedures.
- Mature, adaptable, and able to engage with all levels of stakeholders.
- Flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), including vlookup and pivot tables.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6.30pm
