We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated team player to join our dynamic research team. Our lab focuses on advancing the field of RNA therapeutics, with a strong emphasis on translational research aimed at clinical applications, while also fostering foundational discoveries in the delivery of RNA therapeutics. Our core technology platforms include rational design of antisense oligonucleotides and the development of innovative in vitro and in vivo methods for real-time and high-throughput functional delivery of RNA therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experimental Execution: Execute experiments to investigate the efficacy, safety, and mechanisms of RNA therapeutics in cellular and animal models. Utilize state-of-the-art techniques to achieve research goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and draw meaningful conclusions. Present findings at lab meetings, conferences, and in scientific publications.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other lab members, including graduate students and faculty, to drive interdisciplinary research projects and contribute to a vibrant scientific community.
- Translational Focus: Engage in research activities that have direct implications for the clinical application of RNA therapeutics, actively participating in discussions related to translational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Science disciplines or equivalent.
- Mouse and colony management experiences are required.
- Background in RNA biology, nucleic acid therapeutics, or related areas is ideal.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, cell culture, and animal models.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
