• Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: Up to $3,500 (depending on experience)
Temporary Sales Admin Assistant (Electronics Division, Labrador Park)
Job responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents (e.g. order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders)
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Data entry and maintenance of the database
- Maintain and update sales records and ensure files are backed up
- Assist in new IMS (Inventory Management System) Implementation
- Provide administrative support to sales team
- Assist in monthly sales closing
Job Requirements:
- Min. Higher Nitec in any discipline
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience in data entry is preferred
