ALG is hiring an Aerospace Recruiter to work on technical, ground-based, administrative and/or support job roles. This is a full-time and permanent role.
Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent based on decided requirements. This role will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates, and collaborate with other recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and attract talent through a variety of channels, including but not limited to, direct sourcing, employee referrals, professional networks, and job boards
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging market intelligence and other relevant data
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and help shape recruitment strategies to meet those needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in aviation and/or recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Candidates who have attained the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be preferred.
