Job Scope

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Assist in the enrolment process for new sign-ups
  • Plan and arrange class schedules and optimize the time slots for classes
  • Establish communication channels with students and parents with regards to class scheduling and details
  • Assist in operational tasks, such as scheduling teacher's class timings, maintaining classroom cleanliness, inputting schedules into the system, etc.
  • Attend to students’/parents’ enquiries in terms of technical and administrative issues, provide simple troubleshooting for any possible technical issues faced by students.
  • Arrange and coordinate trial classes, post-class teacher-parent communication and replacement classes
  • Disseminate and explain necessary information to parents.
  • Assist the department in other work-related matters and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with teachers and parents
  • Able to work in a fast pace, high stress environment
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with sales software is a plus

Working Schedule:

  • 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends
  • Weekdays: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Weekends: 8:30 AM - 6:30PM
