The M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
- Responsible for pre- & post-contracts administration and control.
- Conduct survey works during project tender stage.
- Produce pre-tender estimation, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of project documents.
- Source for suppliers and request for quotations.
- Conduct tender exercise such as selection of bidders, tender documentation, evaluation of tender submission and award of contract to successful bidder.

- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to the relevant team.
- Ability to make correct decisions quickly.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
- Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
- Experience in civil infrastructure project is an added advantage.
