Job Description:

1) Handle processing of clients’ updates and changes to their accounts


2) Perform due diligence checks and process account opening for retail/corporate/institutional clients


3) Data entry to in-house system for new clients and existing accounts


4) Scan and archive forms/correspondence for new and existing accounts


5) Collect letters/correspondences to and from other departments, including opening of mails


6) Greet visitors/clients at Front Office and help them navigate through office


7) Maintain calendars for appointments including statistics collation and register of visitors


8) Arrange/receive couriers and liaises to sort/distribute to recipients


9) Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time


10) Good understanding on how to establish the SOW/SOF of individuals, corporates, and beneficial owners.


11) Advise on proof required to initiate the corroboration.


12)Ensure adequacy of the assessments supported by documentary evidence.


13)Ensure corroboration efforts are done timely.


14)Close collaboration with Compliance to clear all cases according to KYC/AML and company standard.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to converse in both english and chinese to speak to external client
  • Proficient with Microsoft Skills eg. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Working experience preferably from a financial institution with adequate knowledge on corroboration of SOW/SOF
  • minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A pleasant personality and good customer orientation mind sets
  • 6 months contract role
