Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing our PAM infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient privileged access across our organization. This role will involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving PAM systems, as well as collaborating with other security and IT teams to enhance overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- PAM Administration:Manage, support, and optimize PAM systems, including account provisioning, de-provisioning, and regular maintenance tasks.
Daily health check, and fulfil service request, change request
Respond to and resolve PAM-related incidents, ensuring rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Act as the point of contact for PAM-related queries, providing assistance to users on access issues and supporting them in the use of PAM solutions.
Regularly monitor privileged access activities, generate audit reports, and address any suspicious activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system security and functionality
Enforce privileged access policies, manage user roles, and implement least privilege principles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for PAM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience and at least 2 focused on Privileged Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea, or similar) and security protocols such as MFA, RADIUS, LDAP, SAML, and Kerberos.
Skill
- Proficient in troubleshooting and configuring PAM solutions
- Familiarity with privileged account lifecycle management and least privilege principles
- Knowledge of security best practices, especially in managing privileged access
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation
