Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing IT Operations
- Familiar with general IT Infrastructure management
- Familiar with IT Service Management processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in an IT-related field
- ITIL Foundation certification is required
- Additional technical certifications are advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Chair meetings with customers and contractors; prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Plan, monitor, and control operational activities
- Follow up on open tickets with product principals
