Regional Director of Sales

The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales teams within the region.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and performance within the sales teams.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage regional sales teams, setting performance expectations and targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth within the region through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand the client base and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales plans, objectives, and initiatives in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition within the region.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement process improvements and sales best practices to enhance performance.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges and issues.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring responsible financial practices.
  • Monitor financial performance, revenue, and expenses to achieve profitability.
  • Seek opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Graph Database space is a plus.
