The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our sales operations within a specific geographic region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales teams within the region.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and performance within the sales teams.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage regional sales teams, setting performance expectations and targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth within the region through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand the client base and increase sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales opportunities.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales plans, objectives, and initiatives in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition within the region.
- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement process improvements and sales best practices to enhance performance.
- Address and resolve operational challenges and issues.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring responsible financial practices.
- Monitor financial performance, revenue, and expenses to achieve profitability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Graph Database space is a plus.
