Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITY
· Experience in pre & post contract administration
· Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation
· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
· Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,
· Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments
· All other QS related job
REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
· Able to work independently
· At least 2 years of working experience with main contractor
· High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful
· 5.5 days work per week (alternate Saturday off)
