Accounts Duties:
- Handle full sets of Accounts for the company
- Data recording into Xero Accounting System
- AP/AR Duties
Admin Responsibilities
- Data Entry into Company IT System
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Provide general day-to-day support
- Sourcing and Purchase Office and Operation Supplies.
- Prepare Quotation and Invoices etc.
Candidates with no prior experience may apply as On-the-job training will be provided.
Candidate who with basic Accounting knowledge can apply and will be taught to handle full set of accounts.
