Managing Director, Singapore JV

Role Purpose

Lead the Singapore JV by driving commercial strategy and developing our fiduciary services and fund administration operations. This includes business development, fostering client relationships, and generating revenue in the region, while managing the Singapore-based operational team.

Key Attributes

  • Degree in Law, Management, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fiduciary services, including fund administration.
  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in India and Southeast Asia through existing networks and new leads.
  2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to pinpoint growth areas.
  3. Client Advisory: Offer corporate structuring advice tailored to client requirements.
  4. Opportunity Tracking: Track business development opportunities that align with the company’s strategy.
  5. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable business solutions.
  6. Compliance Oversight: Ensure client onboarding, KYC, and CDD processes comply with AML/CFT regulations.
  7. KPI Delivery: Meet annual KPIs for new structures and revenue growth.
  8. Relationship Building: Establish relationships with industry stakeholders, including lawyers, bankers, and wealth managers.
  9. Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations and manage the Singapore team.
  10. Operational Handover: Facilitate timely handovers between business development and operations teams in Singapore and Mauritius.
  11. Team Development: Train and develop team members to enhance performance and meet business targets.
  12. Reporting: Provide management with timely business updates and reports.
  13. Risk Management: Identify risks and report any issues to senior management promptly.
  14. Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake additional assignments and projects as needed.
