Position Summary
Handling of call-in enquiries
Coordination of order fulfillment
Support to all sales related matters.
Main Accountabilities
- Assist sales department in processing customer enquiries and meeting their needs.
- Manage all enquires, provide timely response and follow ups
- Build sustainable and lasting relationships with customers through tele-communication, social media or web based platform
- Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey at given timeline, keep records of customer interactions
- Create and update customer purchasing patterns
- Process and coordinate customer orders fulfilment
- Generate customer order related documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers by up selling company products
Internal & External Working Relationships
Work with others in a friendly, cooperative manner, and inspire others to cooperate.
Establish a long term working relationship with customers.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
· Customer service orientated and proven customer support experience
· Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt/respond to different type of characters.
· Patience in listening to customer request and persistence in follow up
· Proficient in Microsoft words and Excel
