- Collect, sort, load and unload issued goods onto delivery vehicle at warehouses/pick-up points; verify goods in vehicle before commencing delivery
- Receive delivery destinations from Delivery Supervisor and plan delivery route to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Ensure goods in vehicle are always secured, including times when vehicle is not manned during deliveries.
- Adheres to company standards, policies, and procedures in the areas of invoicing, delivery, good return, and money collection
- Assist to unload goods at destination in a safe and efficient manner
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs; respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback
- Inform customers about new product offerings or special instructions when necessary
- Return undelivered goods and fill in the delivery report upon completion of delivery
- Any other ad hoc duties where applicable.
