We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Generalist to join our HR team. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Handle employee concerns or conflicts and assist in resolving issues in a fair and effective manner.
    • Preparation of data for government surveys
    • Assist in administering employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, etc.).
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Utilize HR software to maintain employee records, track data, and generate reports.
    • Provide general HR administrative support including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files.
    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees
    • Conduct onboarding and orientation of all new hires (virtual or onsite)
    • Act as a point of contact for dormitory management, trainings and certifications for blue collared employees
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR with experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law (federal, state, and local).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
