- INTERNAL CO-ORDINATION WITH ENGINEERS/SUPERVISORS AND CONTRACTORS
- CHECKING OF SUBCONTRACTOR’S CONTRACTS
- CHECKING OF SHOP DRAWINGS
- SITE SUPERVISION AND PROGRESS MONITORING
- CHECKING OF PROGRESS CLAIM
- CHECKING OF PAYMENT
- SAFETY
- WORK QUALITY CONTROL
- CHECKING OF OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUAL
- COMISSIONING, CHECKING & MONITORING
- CHECKING OF AS-BUILT DRAWING
- CHECKING OF COST ESTIMATION
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in LTA Infrastructure Projects for M&E Systems.
- Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.
