Facilitate and plan the suitable construction sequence for Structural and Architectural with consideration to the various authorities requirement and contract specifications.
Propose the suitable and most cost effective ERSS process and all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural Structural & MEP).
To prepare and plan for the following: i) Lifting Plan ii) Construction Sequence iii) Construction Scheduling iv) Construction Method v) Drafting of item i, ii & iv
To coordinate and liaise with project team to develop, plan and control of project work schedule.
To calculate/estimate the duration of each construction activity and the resource requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience preferably in Construction planning and programme coordinator in (PUB / LTA) project.
Proficient with Primavera 5/6
