• Research and monitor sectorial skill trend, customer demand and the competitive landscape to support sales strategy development.
• Research and analyse client’s business needs to identify sales opportunities
• Cross-sell / upsell training solutions to existing clients based on their needs
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s organisation
• Develop new accounts within assigned sectors of business segments
• Prepare sales proposal and quotations
• Provide responses to client’s enquiries and feedback
• Regularly monitor and report on sales metrics (e.g. Sales Achieved vs Sales Target)
• Achieve assigned sales goals.
Qualification and Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong sales, negotiation and influencing techniques
• Able to identify and connect with key decision makers under learning and development team
• Sales-driven and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Coachable
