  • Prepare and issue quotations for ACMV / HVAC service maintenance & new project jobs.
  • Update GP on jobs billing details and prepare all documents for billing submission.
  • Update / Issue project code for all service and new project jobs.
  • Actively liaise with client representatives for any concerns on the service or project jobs and constantly follow-up on purchase orders as required.
  • Constantly coordinate with Project Supervisor on new projects awarded and other clients’ concerns needed to be addressed.
  • Economically source spare parts and other materials needed for all service or project jobs.
  • Prepare daily sales and monthly quotations reports.
  • Prepare tender documents for new projects.
  • Issue delivery order or service chits.
  • Shipment booking, coordination and preparation of required documents.
  • Monitor disposal of empty cylinder stocks and order replenishment as needed.
  • NEA reporting as required.
  • Update of General Waste Report.
  • Data entry of collection note / disposal cylinder and preparation of reports & certificates accordingly.
  • Monthly update on refrigerant price to customer and follow-up on new order or price feedback.
  • Generate and issue purchase orders to vendors as required.
  • Answer main line phone calls.
