- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including training managers and employees.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of experience in the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Knowledge in HRIS systems.
