- Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate and direct subcontractor schedules and activities
- Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans
- Oversee subcontractor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, for all project activities
- Readily communicate issues with all involved parties
- Maintain professional relationships and build strong, lasting relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors
- Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including subcontractor bidding, design review, and project oversight
- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, project stakeholders
