We seek an experienced FileNet Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our FileNet system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Administration
1. Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet software.
2. Manage FileNet servers, databases, and storage.
3. Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
4. Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integration and Development
1. Integrate FileNet with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, SAP).
2. Develop custom solutions using FileNet APIs, Java, and JavaScript.
3. Collaborate with developers on integration projects.
Security and Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
2. Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and audits.
3. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Monitoring and Reporting
1. Monitor system performance, usage, and errors.
2. Generate reports on system activity, storage usage, and content metrics.
3. Analyze trends, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
1. FileNet P8 5.x or later (Content Engine, Process Engine, and Workplace XT).
2. Java, JavaScript, and XML.
3. Relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
4. Operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Soft Skills:

Education and Experience:
