ASSISTANT MANAGER (CLUBHOUSE OPERATIONS)
Work location: Tessensohn Clubhouse (nearest MRT Farrer Park)
As an Assistant Manager (Clubhouse Operations), you will report to our Director (Clubhouse).
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director (Clubhouse) in the maintaining the operations of the entire Clubhouse in the following areas :
- Jackpot Room
- Front Office Reception
- Tenants Management
- Ad-hoc Development and upgrading works
- Swimming pool (outsourced)
- Security (outsourced)
- Cleaning (outsourced)
- Horticulture (outsourced)
- Supervise various groups of staff to ensure daily smooth operations of the Clubhouse and facilities.
- Supervise and monitor works of term contractors.
- Inspect and check the Clubhouse premises.
- Plan and ensure works are carried out as per the maintenance schedule.
- Assist Director (Clubhouse) in preparing monthly reports and annual budget.
- Assist in preparing tender specifications for upgrading projects and co-ordinating with the suppliers and contractors.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing/Facilities Maintenance/Building or with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing people a group of staff.
- Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Enjoy working in outdoor environment.
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
