RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop marketing plans and strategies for assigned product line based on analysis of market growth potential and competition to achieve Sales & Marketing objectives as established.
· Manage product launches, including the development of launch plans and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
· Effectively increase product awareness by driving tactical promotional efforts and engagement activities with internal and external sales team
· Develop and execute channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand and revenue growth
· Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new product opportunities
· Work closely with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and collateral and provide solutions to customers.
- Develop and deliver product & industry training (including applications, competitive products & technologies, and features & benefits training) for internal and channel personnel.
· Collaborate with product management teams to provide input on product positioning and pricing strategies
· Monitor and analyse market and competitor activity to inform future marketing strategies
· Plan and manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI
· Manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services
· Communicate strategic businesses and price negotiations with Headquarter Business Unit(s) and consistently provide feedback regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
- Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on assigned product line(s).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the electronic components or semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and drive demand and revenue growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates).
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and agencies
· Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
· Willing to travel extensively and within short notice
