As a Community Engagement Executive, you are responsible for managing volunteers and stakeholders, assigning them to sheltered homes, daycare centers, activity aging centers, and supporting seniors in the community. You will also oversee the volunteer skill-upgrading program and assist the Community Engagement department with ad-hoc tasks and secretariat duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programs and events with volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders
- Plan and execute community engagement and collaboration activities
- Organize volunteer-led events and initiatives
- Support purchase requisitions and other financial tasks via the procurement system
- Assist with other ad-hoc departmental duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills Required
- University degree in any discipline
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI skills a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Resourceful, independent, and able to work collaboratively with volunteers and community leaders
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in volunteer management, stakeholder relations, or the social service/eldercare sector but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
