Role: Sales Engineer
This individual will identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in the Process Automation Industry through effective account / opportunities development strategies to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and acquisition of new potential accounts for growth.
- In-depth coverage and understanding of assigned accounts directly and/or with channels to identify customer needs and develop opportunities to orders.
- Develop and execute effective sales activities (products/solution, opportunities follow up) for the assigned accounts to achieve sales growth objectives assigned.
- Collaborate with Market Product Management and Business Development teams regarding competition, offering, and/or market needs to increase win probability and market share.
- Support in the development and execution of account related marketing plans and activities as needed.
- Maintain sound technical/application knowledge of the products, relevant to industry assigned to develop trust and confidence of customer base.
- Ensure all assigned accounts issues are resolved in a timely and escalate as needed.
- Comply with company policy on sales processes and use of sales tools.
- Proactive usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain account details for effective account development planning, funnel management and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Control/Instrument Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within a sales environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in the command of english for required to hold business meetings and sales pitches
- Customer-centric and results-oriented.
