We require someone to fill this key role to help us manage all of our Exhibition Booth orders from when an order is received, through to delivering and setting up the final booth either at the client's offices or at the exhibition venue.

Position Overview:
The bulk of our orders are fast-turnaround orders and you will be required to manage many projects at the same time, supporting our sales team by working with our clients and suppliers, both in Singapore and abroad, to ensure graphic artwork and booth stuctures are produced, printed and delivered in time.
Reporting directly to the owner of Amber & Green, you will have your own direct report who will assist with the pre-builds of the booths in our offices and delivery to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Working with our Sales Team and Clients to prepare graphic artwork for printing
- Working with our Suppliers to submit and process orders, monitoring the order through to delivery to our offices
- Managing the delivery schedule
- Managing the pre-build of all orders in our offices before delivery
- Managing the delivery schedule
- Arranging delivery dates / times with clients
- Delivery of booths to clients with set-up if required
- Arranging access to Exhibition venues for set-up
Summary:
- This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm but some evenings and weekends assistsance may be required
- Although experience in the Exhibitions / Events Industry would be preferred, it's more important that you value giving high levels of customer service and can work under pressure in a small team.
- Right to work in Singapore is required.
- Ideally you will have a Class 3A driving license and be comfortable driving a small van.
- You must have the right to work in Singapore
- Expected Start Date: 2nd January 2025
- Salary range = $3000 - $4000 per month + CPF + Annual Bonus
