Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for all or subset of the key responsibilities below:
Description:
Ampoule cleaning and refurbishment @ Science Building 5 NUS – 50% of the time
- Cleaning ampoules at Science Building 5 NUS
- Refurbishment of ampoules (for used ampoules having high leak) and quality check
Procurement/Admin – 20%
- Receiving Deliveries
- Prepare Global Customer Contact (GCC), an Ordering parts for the tools used for ordering form
- Scan and filing of Delivery Order (DO) documents
- Smartsheet update on Delivery and Delivery Order (DO) details
- Coordinate with the client’s vendor for delivery
Chemical Inventory stock inspection at Science Building and Engineering Building NUS
- Cross check chemical inventory list to physical chemicals
- Validate NUS Master List inventory to chemical inventory list
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE certifications or Diploma in related Chemistry education background
- At least 1 years of experience with chemistry background such as work experience as a Chemist
- In this role you will be required to travel within the client’s site at Changi and National University of Singapore (NUS)
