About the Client:
Our client is a reputed company in banking and financial domain.
Responsibilities:
· Handle Project Support in Multiple Platform, Squads and Projects to be able to deliver the following but not limited to:
· Prepare meeting logistics, presentation decks and minutes for Project/Platform related meetings
· Support handling of Platform Financial and assist in preparing the project rolling forecast and track financials, highlighting issues to the Project Manager.
· Follow up on weekly progress reports with Project Managers and track issues and risks logs.
· Update PPM information (Project & Financial related), alerting the Project Manager for any overdue items.
· Post all project deliverables to the team site and ensure completeness for each milestone.
· Manage onboarding processes for new resources, including requests for access and equipment.
· Stay updated with Project Management Office and Central Procurement Office standards, ensuring compliance with reporting processes.
· Maintain PMO level document repositories
· Partners with the CDO to design tools and/or presentations for strategy planning, budget review, that will make it easier to drive the business goals
· Establish and maintain relationships with relevant of stakeholders
Requirement:
· 5+ years of experience in Project analysis or administrative roles within an IT environment or Banking Industry.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Clarity, iProcure and ServiceNow).
· Strong analytical skills for financial tracking and reporting.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Knowledge of SDLC processes and project management best practices.
