Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $3000 - $3800
Working Location: West Coast
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
· Identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
· Implementing and guiding end-users on Microsoft 365 applications.
· Automating workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.).
· Coordinating with stakeholders and vendors for application development schedules.
· Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and providing user support.
· Maintaining and updating applications, including documentation and user guides.
· Conducting training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools and related systems.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
· No working experience is required but must possess the required skill sets.
· Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Technologies, SharePoint Online and App-sheet is a must
· Proficient in Workflow automation using Power Automate is a must
· Knowledge of Business Process Automation, Procurement and Accounting
· System will be an advantage
· Possess any of the Microsoft Certification will be an advantage: MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500 and/or PL-600
