Responsibilities:
- Attending site meetings with consultants.
- Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
- Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
- Inform Project Director or Project Manager on any technical / site problems arising.
- Supervising the progress of work on site.
- Reporting work progress to the necessary party.
- Ensure all fire protection systems and/or ACMV systems are in good conditions and ensure the systems are compliance with codes and standards.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering or in related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in building construction system for A&A works.
- Willing to travel islandwide.
- Offer subject to experience and qualification.
