Key Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date membership database, with a primary focus on membership renewals and profile updates.
- Handle membership inquiries.
- Support the processing of new admission applications and subscription billing.
- Collaborate closely with committees to plan and execute events.
- Provide detailed management reports on membership and event-related activities, including reporting event-related updates on social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a relevant diploma or degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in organising events, including online events, is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Experience managing social media.
- Able to engage and support a diverse membership; strong Chinese and English communication skills are required.
- Meticulous, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
