Our client who is a global data, analysis and insights firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive based in Singapore. The ideal candidate comes with strong B2B sales experience within new business development roles.
Responsibilities:
- Business development activities to develop and execute new members acquisition plan - identify customer needs and undertake productive sales dialogue with prospects via value adding email, telephone and in-person discussions
- Build client relationships and achieve revenue and renewal targets in the region
- Identify, target and recruit senior executives from global companies across the Asia
- Develop and sustain an aggressive personal pipeline of new client opportunities
- Achieve deep market penetration across the full spectrum of sectors
- Manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting through to closing the sale
- As a brand ambassador, support key exhibitions/trade shows/events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales across B2B (experience in consulting or executive search/recruiting industry desirable)
- Experience in selling to CxO and CxO -1 level using in-person, phone, and online channels on a high-volume, high-frequency basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of multinational companies and their operational environment
- Passionate about business topics - strategies, methods, practices and an interest in international business and current affairs
