GENERAL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and drive sustainable growth.
  • P&L Management: Take full ownership of the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth and effective processes.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
  • People Management: Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company operates in accordance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
