Job Responsibilities


  1. Responsible for the management of the Great China futures team, and conducts the promotion and implementation of relevant regulations, procedures, and standard requirements within the department.
  2. Responsible for assisting and supporting the business operations and providing targeted solutions to management issues related to team development, strategic planning, optimizing organizational structures, and improving work efficiency.
  3. Handle cost and expenses of futures team, analyze the revenue composition and provide conclusion and recommendations
  4. Responsible for tracking futures industry dynamics and key policies. Understand the new product listing dynamics of major exchange and organize the China team to carry out the marketing work of new products.
  5. Planning and collaborating with exchanges or relevant third parties to host marketing events online and offline. Organizing the team to participate in the exchange's marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent (verbal and written) Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication skills is required to liaise with our Chinese counterparts
  • Professional level of other major Asia language is an advantage.
  • BSc in Finance/Economics/Business or any related degree
  • 5 + years of working experience in financial or marketing
  • Experience in China state-owned company is preferred.
  • Experience in high performing teams and institutions is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of both Asian and Western mindsets and ways of doing business.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-focused qualities and the ability to give excellent client service.
  • Good at communication and teamwork.
  • Strong initiative, excellent resource integration ability and business promotion ability.
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment.
