- 5-day workweek (Monday-Friday), full-time (part-time option is available)

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supervise and support students’ development across various activities
- Ensure the safety and security of students at all times
- Plan programme/activity/event, manage calendar and schedule
- Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the centre
- Handle administrative and operational duties
- Maintain effective communication with parents and other stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
- Address student behaviour and developmental needs proactively
- Uphold values-based approach to student discipline
- Complete assigned tasks and actively contribute to improving teamwork quality
- Assist in monitoring work processes and ensure the procedures are followed
- Assist in identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Handle other duties as assigned by the Manager
Desired Characteristics and Requirements:
- 'A' level or relevant Diploma qualification and above
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with parents in Mandarin
- Leadership skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability
- Readily adaptable with strong professional ethics
- At least 2 years of working experience with children in a similar setting
