Join Radiance Student Care Centre (RSCC) - Where Bright Minds Meet and Flourish!

  • Monthly Salary: from $2800 (salary commensurate with experience)
  • 5-day workweek (Monday-Friday), full-time (part-time option is available)
  • Conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from Serangoon MRT Station

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Supervise and support students’ development across various activities
  • Ensure the safety and security of students at all times
  • Plan programme/activity/event, manage calendar and schedule
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the centre
  • Handle administrative and operational duties
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and other stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Address student behaviour and developmental needs proactively
  • Uphold values-based approach to student discipline
  • Complete assigned tasks and actively contribute to improving teamwork quality
  • Assist in monitoring work processes and ensure the procedures are followed
  • Assist in identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Handle other duties as assigned by the Manager

Desired Characteristics and Requirements:

  • 'A' level or relevant Diploma qualification and above
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with parents in Mandarin
  • Leadership skills with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrate initiative and accountability
  • Readily adaptable with strong professional ethics
  • At least 2 years of working experience with children in a similar setting
