Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Group HR Director and working closely with key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in our HR transformation process. Your efforts will drive innovation and improvement, empowering and supporting our most valuable asset—our people.
Primary Focus Areas:
- Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Employee Engagement
- Daily Operations & HR Support
- Reporting
- Compliance
Secondary Support:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development / Training
- Any other HR Functional Areas or Skill-Development Tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or Finance
- Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience required
- IRHP-CP will be advantageous
- Strong willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Regulations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset, keen to explore and challenge HR norms
- Ability to work cohesively in a strong team environment, as well as build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
