Our client is from Construction Industry. They are looking for a Assistant Contract Manager to assist their Contract team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at North of Singapore– easily accessible. The Assistant Contract Manager is responsible for:
Duties
- Assist in preparing tenders and commercial bids to attract new business.
- Develop and present project proposals; meet with clients to understand their needs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate business contract terms, and resolve any contractual disputes.
- Create plans, estimate costs and timelines, and oversee construction schedules while managing unexpected costs.
- Act as the primary contact between clients, site teams, project managers, and third parties, ensuring all roles are clear.
- Attend site meetings, track progress, analyze outcomes, and prepare detailed reports, including cost analyses and variations.
- Oversee project execution, optimize resources, and address disputes or complaints as needed.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in residential and industrial projects.
- Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.
