Responsibilities:
- Key-in of all pre-alerts received. (Mawb, BL, Courier waybills and Care-off parties D.O)
o into Excel list and LMS Software.
- Print all shipments labels.
- Key-in of all received shipments (Update into Excel list and LMS Software).
- Filing all documents into vessel file accordingly.
- Checking / Planning of next day deliveries to vessel.
- Prepare packing list for packing.
- Prepare / Printing for Delivery Note for next day deliveries.
- Prepare landing permit for boarding officer use.
- Packing / Checking (with assistance of warehouse staff)
- Ensure all packed shipments are labelled and taken photo for proof.
- Updating location details into Warehouse loading sheet.
- Ensure safe keeping / housekeeping after packing.
- Liaise with all Care-Off parties meeting at barge terminal. (Loading Details) take out
- Handover next day deliveries files to operations by 1630hrs (daily)
- Assist Logistics Manager for all Outgoing shipments
- Prepare and dispatch courier services shipments.
- Updating Daily Portnet vessel schedule.
- Print GST Permits for submission to Accounts Dept.
- Shipping Advice of all export shipments
- D.O sorting / Handle petty cash collection from C/O party
- Calling / Receiving Calls from Care-off parties (24hrs)

Requirements:
- Minimum N level / ITC cert
- Minimum 2 years of admin work experience in Logistics
- Certified Customs Declarant advantageous
- Good organization and communication skills
- Ability to write and converse well in English
- Good MS Excel skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work under stress in a fast pace environment
