Location: Kallang
Responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 corrective maintenance, both onsite and remotely
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs
- Install, configure, maintain and support gaming systems, equipment and machines either remotely or onsite
- Assist with assignments and special projects as requested (local or overseas), ensuring operational efficiency and minimal customer downtime
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by prioritising and addressing service issues based on their severity and customer importance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs
- Create and update service tickets using the footprints system
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with teammates
Requirements
- Diploma/ITE/Certificate or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer System engineering, or mechatronics
- 1-2 years of experience in a related electronics industry or a gaming technician background is advantageous
- A valid class 2b or class 3 driving license to transport spare parts to client site
- Willingness to work on alternate weekends and public holidays
- Ability to travel overseas when required
