Scope:
- Travel arrangements and hotel accommodations
- Assisting in organizing of events
- Assist in trip planning and arrangements
- Establish good relationships with third party service providers such as travel agents, hotels and restaurants
- Office administration including stationeries, office equipment
- Assist in submission of expense claims
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Other administrative duties assigned
Requirement
- Diploma /Degree in any disicipline preferably with at least 2-5 years of relevent administration experiences in handling travel arrangements/itinerary planning etc
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player
- Meticulous and detailed
