We are a management consultancy focused on contracting and payroll services, seeking IT Application Support professionals (both Junior and Senior levels) to provide expert support for client applications and systems. This role is crucial for monitoring system performance, supporting deployments, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A key aspect of this role includes working in a 24/7 rotational shift to guarantee continuous, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Health and Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and optimize application and system performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Support for Applications and Systems Deployment: Assist with application and system deployments, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with client requirements.
- Testing Facilitation: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing, collaborating with teams to meet functional and performance standards.
- System Enhancements and Vendor Management: Handle system enhancement requests and manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and timely support.
- Incident Troubleshooting: Provide responsive support during incidents, diagnosing and resolving application issues effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure that all systems and processes meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
