Job Description:
■Marketing Duties:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from inception
- Conduct customer analysis and market research
- Select social media platforms and update website content
- Create and edit marketing materials
■Secretarial Duties:
- Manage the manager’s schedule and coordinate meetings
- Prepare internal and external documents and handle communications
- Arrange international travel and organize events
- Perform comparative analysis on vendors or services for informed decision-making
- Utilize Japanese-language internal systems
- Comprehend industry terminology to accurately communicate contract details internally and externally
- Provide support for other necessary tasks required as a startup company
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, necessary for liaising with external stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
