About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Full Time Receptionist to join our prestigious American MNC client located in the heart of the Central - Town Region, conveniently near the MRT station. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate to a representative of the company and provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.
→ Mondays to Fridays Only

What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Maintaining a neat and organized reception area
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g. MS Office)
A professional and presentable appearance
