Responsibilities:
• Collection management, operation and project management
• Implement service strategies and service improvement
• Conduct performance review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement
• Team building and management
• Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients
• Customer sales and services advocacy
• Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing : (OSPAR)
• System implementation, integration and management
• Any other ad hoc duties / projects assigned
Requirements:
• Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any discipline or relevant experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good presentation skills
• Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
• Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
