Job Description
- Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
- Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
- Record keeping – Assist in data entry and compilation
- Logistics – Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
- Student Services – Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the School
Requirements
- At least N-level passes in English and Mathematics or relevant WSQ certificates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Ability to interact effectively with students, parents and stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle basic issues independently
- Good teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant working experience in similar roles, preferably in a primary school
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
